Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and strong technical skills will support efficient office operations and enhance overall productivity. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and management software with precision and speed
Manage multiple-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure quick retrieval of information
Assist with office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document processing
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, to prepare reports, correspondence, and data summaries
Provide clerical support by handling data entry tasks, filing documents, and supporting front desk activities

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, spreadsheet management, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with computer literacy standards
Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Bilingual abilities are desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone communication skills along with proper phone etiquette and customer support experience
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, and calendar management tools
Previous office experience involving front desk responsibilities or personal assistant duties is advantageous
