Full Job Description

Job Description
Providing personal caregiving, homemaking services and companion care for patients who require assistance with the Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). The caregiver hired for this position MUST be able to work shifts in La Mesa, El Cajon, South Bay, San Diego City etc.

Must be currently registered, or planning to register as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the California Department of Social Services.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to work shifts in the greater San Diego metropolitan area. The caregiver hired for this position MUST be able to work shifts in La Mesa, El Cajon, South Bay, San Diego etc.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and bend, twist, reach and twist as needed.
Must have good organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Must have the ability to follow instructions.
Must have the ability to read and understand simple instructions in English.
Must have the ability to write simple notes in English.
Must be able to follow directions in written and verbal forms.
Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
Maintain a positive attitude, and patience with our client population.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to read, understand, and follow simple instructions in English.
