About First Bridge Lending

First Bridge Lending is a direct private lender specializing in fast, flexible financing for real estate investors, business owners, and borrowers who need creative lending solutions. We underwrite and fund short-term owner-occupied bridge loans and business-purpose loans with in-house underwriting, quick closings, and a streamlined lending process.

We're expanding throughout California and are looking for experienced Loan Originators who already have an established network and want access to competitive private lending products.

What You'll Do

Generate new loan opportunities through your existing network and business development efforts
Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and investors
Structure loan scenarios and recommend financing solutions
Present First Bridge Lending's loan products to prospective borrowers
Work closely with underwriting and processing to move loans to closing
Attend networking events and grow your referral pipeline

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

Active NMLS License
Must reside in California
Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan origination experience
Existing relationships with borrowers, mortgage brokers, or referral partners
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Experience reviewing property values and comparable sales
Private lending or investment real estate lending experience is a plus

Compensation

100% Commission Only

This position is ideal for experienced originators who already generate business and want the freedom to maximize their earnings with an aggressive commission structure.
