Qualifications
- Manufacturing, assembly, electronics assembly, or soldering experience preferred
- Current or expired J-STD-001 Certification preferred
- Ability to work under a microscope for most of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Experience using hand tools and working with small components
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
Responsibilities
- Assemble small mechanical and electrical components
- Perform precision assembly and soldering under a microscope
- Complete basic wiring and electrical assembly tasks
- Apply adhesives and epoxies as required
- Perform quality checks, rework, and repairs
- Use hand tools to complete assembly operations
- Cross-train on additional production processes as needed
Work Environment
- Clean room (ISO 8/Class 100,000) environment
- Primarily seated bench work
- Work with components ranging from pencil-tip size to golf-ball size
- Onsite recertification may be available for candidates with expired J-STD-001 certifications

- Pay: $32-34/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
