Financial Advisory Office | Series 7 Required | Part-Time

Job Summary

Join a professional financial advisory office where accuracy, client service, and follow-through matter. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Licensed Administrative Assistant to support advisors, clients, paperwork, CRM updates, review preparation, and advisor-directed trading.

This part-time role offers steady weekday hours, competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a client-focused office.

Responsibilities

· Place advisor-directed trades in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

· Prepare investment paperwork, account openings, transfers, and account maintenance forms.

· Support compliance documentation, client records, CRM updates, and activity tracking.

· Prepare client review materials and assist with follow-up after appointments.

· Respond professionally to client service and account operations inquiries.

· Help improve recurring office workflows and administrative processes.

Required Qualifications

· Series 7 license required.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.

· Professional client service and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related office technology.

· Strong spelling, grammar, math, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or two years of financial industry experience preferred.

· Experience with CRM updates, account maintenance, client review prep, or advisory office operations preferred.

Screening and References

· Required Screening: Criminal and credit background check.

· References Requested: Two professional references and one personal reference.
