Full Job Description

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
NO EXCEPTIONS.

Responsibilities:

Asphalt paving and repairs.
Concrete installation and finishing.
Dirt work and site preparation.
Crack sealing and seal coating.
Parking lot striping and thermoplastic application.
Demolition and cleanup.
Operating hand tools and construction equipment.
Following safety procedures on all job sites.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday, sometimes working at night and weekends will be required. So flexibility is key.

Qualifications:

Pay Rate of $14-$25 /hr is based on skill set & experience.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.
You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.
You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 80lbs).
Ability to work well independently unsupervised.
Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
An Engineering educational background is an asset.
Experience in line striping and/or pavement repair is an asset.
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Show initiative and willingness to learn.
