Full Job Description

Business Development Executive Job Summary:
Are you a natural hunter who thrives on building connections, walking into businesses, and uncovering new opportunities Do you get energized by being in the field, talking to decision makers, and closing deals that make a real impact
If so, Integrated Human Capital wants to meet you.

This is a high-activity, high-opportunity role for a proven B2B, consultative salesperson who is confident, persistent, and experienced in door-to-door (D2D) outreach. The Business Development Executive drives revenue growth by selling IHC’s full range of staffing and workforce solutions, including temporary staffing, direct placement, payrolling, RPO, and onsite workforce management.

This position is ideal for someone who is deal-driven, relationship-oriented, and excited to spend 80 percent of their time out in the field canvassing the community and meeting clients face to face. You will have the support of our recruiting, marketing, and leadership teams, but you own the end-to-end sales process.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through canvassing, networking, and community engagement.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of targeted prospects.
Qualify prospects based on an ICP, introduce IHC services, evaluate business needs, and conduct site tours.
Develop customized solutions and present compelling proposals.
Conduct negotiations to finalize deals.
Collaborate with recruiters and operations staff to implement service delivery that ensures clients receive exceptional service from day one.
Attend community and industry events, such as chamber of commerce meetings, trade shows, and other professional events, to increase IHC's visibility and make new contacts.
Remain informed on local labor markets, industry conditions, and competitive activity.

Business Development Executive Knowledge & Experience:

2 to 3 years of proven, consultative, B2B sales success with documented results.
Experience and confidence conducting D2D sales; this is a must.
Strong hunter mentality, self-motivated, persistent, and resilient.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Experience managing a territory and maintaining a high level of activity.
Staffing industry experience preferred but not required for exceptional salespeople.
Proficiency with MS Office and social media outreach (LinkedIn, etc.).
CRM experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, daily travel in the field is required.
Willing to work occasional early mornings or evenings for events and client needs.
