Job Overview

Kinective Fitness is seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to lead membership sales and drive revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in shaping the member experience while leading a high performing sales team in a premium fitness environment.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and ensuring every prospective member experiences the level of service and professionalism that reflects Kinective’s luxury brand.

The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong sales experience, a passion for fitness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with members and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve membership and revenue goals
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets
Deliver an exceptional experience for prospective and current members
Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements
Identify new opportunities for growth through market awareness and member feedback
Maintain Kinective’s premium brand standards through professional and engaging interactions
Build strong relationships with members to promote retention and satisfaction
Create and implement sales training programs to improve team performance
Collaborate with leadership to align sales initiatives with overall company goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required
4–6 years of sales experience, ideally within fitness, hospitality, or luxury service environments
Experience managing or leading a sales team
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking systems
Strong ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
