Job Description:
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products through our supply chain. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production processes to meet customer demands while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking will be key in driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.
What Will You Do?

Define, maintain, and optimize supply planning and inventory management parameters, including ramp-up and ramp-down strategies, to achieve targeted service levels while minimizing excess inventory and expedited freight costs.

Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of critical master data, including lead times, order quantities, safety stock levels, and stocking policies.

Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to balance supply and demand for raw materials, components, subassemblies, and finished goods.

Partner with suppliers to meet customer requirements, improve delivery performance, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, 8D corrective actions, and Kaizen initiatives.

Lead planning and execution activities for large-scale projects, ensuring material readiness, inventory availability, and successful on-time delivery.

Analyze inventory, procurement, and planning KPIs using SAP to identify performance gaps, drive process improvements, and enhance supply chain effectiveness.

Ensure material availability to support production schedules, customer demand, and business objectives.

Proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve material shortages through exception management, supplier escalation, and recovery planning to minimize operational and customer impacts.

Collaborate closely with production planners, procurement teams, logistics providers, and warehouse operations to mitigate supply risks and support daily operational performance.

Drive inventory optimization initiatives by balancing service level requirements with effective management of excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.

Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve inventory health, supplier reliability, and overall operational efficiency.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
