Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator – City View Dental

Location: City View Dental
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Daily team huddle at 7:30 AM (front desk arrival)
Typical end time: 4:30–5:00 PM
Occasional half-day Saturdays

About the Opportunity

City View Dental is a growing, modern dental practice with a strong team culture and a commitment to excellent patient care. We are expanding and looking for a Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

You will work alongside:

6 front desk team members
7 clinical team members
3 full-time doctors

This role combines patient coordination, scheduling, and treatment acceptance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and patient interaction.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Manage phones, scheduling, and appointment flow
Verify insurance and patient information
Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
Keep the schedule productive and full

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
Help patients understand their options and financial arrangements
Coordinate appointments for optimal case completion
Support doctors in achieving high treatment acceptance
Follow up on unscheduled treatment

Pay: $15–$21/hour (based on experience)
