Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific QC programs, including QC plans, process logs, test registers, and quality point files
Lead weekly QC meetings and ensure adherence to the six-step QC/safety process
Coordinate QC activities across multiple projects.
Collaborate with PM, PS, and multidisciplinary teams to address quality and safety concerns.
Participate in regional QC initiatives to improve standards and compliance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years on large commercial construction projects
Skills: Strong communication skills, valid driver’s license, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel-based templates), Prolog, Primavera, and AutoCAD

Work Environment:

Full-time, onsite role at a designated location in El Paso.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated salary range: $78.5K – $101K annually
