Job Description:

We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Quality Operator to help us deliver products that meet the highest safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain valuable skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to continuous improvement every day.

What will you do?

Conduct quality inspections and process checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying risks and participating in corrective action plans
Work closely with production and procurement teams to resolve manufacturing issues and prevent defects
Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality management system compliance

What are the key skills we are looking for?

Quality Control & Inspection — foundational level; conducting routine checks to verify product and process compliance
Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution — foundational level; applying quality standards throughout the production lifecycle
Quality Management Systems — foundational level; following established procedures to maintain system integrity
Continuous Improvement — foundational level; identifying opportunities and supporting improvement projects
Problem Solving — foundational level; addressing quality issues within defined parameters and escalating when needed
Collaboration — foundational level; working effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
