At Gousse Urology LLC's Aventura Office, we're searching for a committed Medical Office Front Desk Receptionist to become part of our dynamic Urology team. Positioned at the forefront of patient interaction, our Front Desk team is essential in providing the exceptional Gousse Urology Experience. We seek professionals who offer unparalleled courtesy, respect, and customer service, ensuring every patient's experience is positive from start to finish.

Position: Full-Time, On-Site
Location: HCA Aventura Hospital

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage incoming calls and direct them as needed.
Schedule patient appointments with attention to detail.
Warmly greet patients and ensure their comfort during their visit.
Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance details, and other relevant information.
Handle co-payments and address outstanding patient account balances.
Maintain professionalism and deliver superior patient service consistently.
Document all patient interactions and requests accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical front office setting.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance verification.
Proficient in insurance verification processes, including the use of Provider Portal, Availity, AdvancedMD, OpenPM.
Demonstrated proficiency in creative problem-solving.
Ability to empathize with patients and understand their care needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive, friendly attitude, and approachable demeanor.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
