Full Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

Our Recovery Specialists act as an extension of our clients, managing daily inquiries and requests. Once an assignment is received, it is assigned to one of our more than 4,000 vetted repossession agents nationwide. The Specialists coordinate communication between the client and the agent. The Recovery Team keeps clients informed throughout the process, enforces holds, monitors assignment progress, and provides clear, concise updates.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Monitor all active Repo assignments to ensure timely progress.

§ Track all assignments currently on hold and report any status changes.

§ Coordinate directly with repo agent to obtain weekly updates.

§ Serve as a liaison between the repo agent and client.

§ Keep track of and ensure that all documentation, photos, notifications and fees are provided to the client in a timely manner.

§ Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

§ Minimum 1-2 years of recovery experience is preferred.

§ Demonstrates excellent communication skills.

§ Maintain strong organizational Skills.

§ Actively demonstrate self-management by balancing proactive communication, effective time management (prioritizing tasks), and strong problem-solving skills

§ Proficient in MS Office

Physical Requirements

§ The physical requirements for office work vary depending on the specific job and its responsibility, role and the nature of the work.

§ This role requires performing repetitive task such as typing, using a keyboard and mouse, and operating a phone or headset as needed.

§ Ability to sit for extended periods

§ Occasional light moderate lifting of 5 to 10 pounds may be required.

Preferred:

Previous automobile collections and recovery experience.
Experience with working with repossession companies.
