Full Job Description

Mid-American Elevator is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an In-House Sales Lead Generator. Recent graduates encouraged! This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in B2B sales and business development within the elevator/vertical transportation industry. You'll play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities that fuel our sales team's success.

Research and identify potential clients (property managers, general contractors, building owners, facility managers, architects, etc.) within our target markets
Generate new business growth by proactively identifying and qualifying prospective customers for commercial elevator services, preventive maintenance agreements, and modernization projects
Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information
Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support the sales pipeline
Track outreach activity and report on lead generation metrics
Assist with marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing follow-up
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to help identify new opportunities
Must be comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily and managing a structured prospecting pipeline using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (entry-level candidates welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new contacts
Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and willingness to grow within a sales-driven environment
