What You'll Do
Our servers are much more than order takers.
You will become a guide, storyteller, and ambassador for the Capone's experience.
You'll help guests celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, first dates, promotions, and life's biggest moments.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering polished, attentive, and personalized service
- Learning our chef-driven menu and making thoughtful recommendations
- Guiding guests through our curated wine, whiskey, beer, and cocktail selections
- Creating memorable dining experiences through conversation and genuine hospitality
- Anticipating guest needs before they ask
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail in every interaction
- Working closely with chefs, bartenders, and teammates to create seamless service
- Continuously learning about food, wine, bourbon, spirits, and hospitality

Fine dining experience is appreciated, but not required.
We can teach menus.
We can teach wine.
We can teach service standards.

Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
