Join our dynamic team as a BCaBA / Student Analyst, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to children and individuals with developmental and neurodevelopmental disabilities. Duties
- Assist in conducting behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments and developmental evaluations, to identify client needs and inform treatment plans.
- Implement ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring consistency and fidelity to established intervention strategies.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions accurately and efficiently.
- Support patient care by providing behavioral interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs, fostering skill development and reducing challenging behaviors.
- Participate in intake procedures by gathering relevant medical and behavioral history, coordinating assessments, and preparing documentation for clinical review.
- Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring all medical records are accurate, complete, and securely stored.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to update progress, explain treatment plans, and promote collaborative care.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), is essential.
- Experience in data collection methods related to behavioral health or special education settings is required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and medical records management is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to perform behavioral developmental assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations for neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Previous clinical supervision or training in behavioral health or special education settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction, report writing, and interdisciplinary collaboration are necessary.
