Full Job Description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Escrow Assistant / Construction Loan Disbursement Coordinator opportunities in Warrenville, IL. Responsibilities for a Escrow Assistant/Construction Loan Disbursement Coordinator include but are not limited to:

Prepare construction loan Requests for Funds and process pending payments for checks and wire transfers.
Monitor trust accounts, post incoming funds to project files, and maintain accurate disbursement records.
Review lien waivers, coordinate payment distributions, and communicate funding availability to payees.
Respond to customer inquiries, maintain project documentation, scan files, and assist with monthly report reviews.

Candidates for Construction Loan Disbursement Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in construction disbursement, escrow, title, real estate, banking, or a related industry.
Experience processing payments, reviewing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office; strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills. Experience with lien waivers is a plus.

Pay Details: $18.40 per hour
