Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)

Our client, a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization, is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join its growing multidisciplinary team. This organization is recognized for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care and is committed to expanding access to quality healthcare services for diverse communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving health outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Position Overview:

The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care, serving patients across a broad spectrum of ages and healthcare needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an experienced clinical team to deliver high-quality care while contributing to population health and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active and unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain licensure).
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Experience in an outpatient primary care setting is highly desirable.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems such as Epic or similar platforms.
Strong clinical knowledge across preventive medicine, chronic disease management, adult medicine, and population health.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
