About the Role

Driven Auto is a fast-growing used car dealership in East Dundee, and we’re looking for a highly organized and reliable Title Clerk / Office Administrator to support our sales and finance team. This is a key position that keeps our deals, titles, and daily operations running smoothly.

If you’re detail-oriented, great with paperwork, and confident speaking with customers, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll Do

Process all vehicle titles and registrations (Illinois + out-of-state)
Assemble and verify complete deal jackets for funding
Track lienholder information, taxes/fees, payoffs, and title status
Communicate with customers about missing documents or updates
Answer phones and greet customers professionally
Organize and file paperwork daily (title room, deal files, invoices)
Work closely with our GM and Finance Manager to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior office, administrative, or front desk experience
Comfortable handling paperwork and multitasking
Professional communication skills (phone + in-person)
Reliable and consistent — this position requires daily on-site presence

Preferred:

Automotive title clerk or dealership office experience
DMV, CVR, or registration processing experience
Background in medical/dental front office, banking, law office, or similar fast-paced admin environments
