Full Job Description

At The Connell Company, we're looking for a creative, organized, and collaborative Media Coordinator to help transform ideas into exceptional visual experiences across our growing portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, and commercial brands.

Working alongside our Marketing team, you'll play an essential role in bringing creative concepts to life by coordinating photography, videography, and multimedia productions from concept to completion. From restaurants and cafés to commercial properties, fitness, leasing, and corporate initiatives, you'll help orchestrate the people, logistics, timelines, and creative resources that bring exceptional content to life. How You'll Make an Impact

Help produce compelling photography, videography, and multimedia content that showcases The Connell Company's portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, and commercial brands.
Bring creative projects to life by managing production schedules, timelines, shot lists, and deliverables from concept through completion.
Partner with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Hospitality, Leasing, Fitness, Property Management, and external creative partners to ensure seamless execution.
Coordinate production logistics, including locations, talent, vendors, equipment, and on-site support for photo and video shoots.
Organize and prioritize content requests to support marketing campaigns, grand openings, seasonal initiatives, community events, and special projects.
Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring photography, video, and creative files are properly archived, accessible, and ready for future use.
Facilitate communication, creative reviews, and project updates while proactively keeping productions on schedule.
Help ensure every piece of content reflects the quality, creativity, and brand standards that define The Connell Company.

What You'll Bring

Two (2) to three (3) years of experience coordinating creative productions, multimedia projects, or integrated marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Production, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and demonstrated success will also be considered.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar creative software is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with photographers, videographers, designers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to bring creative projects to life.
Working knowledge of photography, video production, and creative production workflows.
Familiarity with digital asset management systems, project management platforms, and production scheduling tools.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, adapt to changing priorities, and support creative teams with professionalism and confidence.
