Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall well-being. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or manage chronic conditions across various settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, home health environments, and rehabilitation centers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives through compassionate care and innovative therapy techniques.

Salary is competitive and negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and clinical expertise.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs, including assessments of anatomy, physiology, and medical history.
Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to coordinate care strategies and optimize patient outcomes.
Manage discharge planning processes and ensure smooth transitions between care settings by preparing detailed care plans and progress reports.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Provide patient education on injury prevention, exercises, and home care routines to foster independence and long-term wellness.
Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with physiotherapy advancements, medical terminology updates, and clinical documentation standards.

Qualifications

Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, inpatient hospital settings, or home health environments.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and treatment modalities including trigger point therapy.
Experience working with diverse patient populations such as geriatrics, neurological cases, orthopedics, motor vehicle accidents, worker's compensation, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient goals.
Excellent client communication skills to educate patients effectively while fostering trust and motivation.
