Full Job Description

An established, high-volume restaurant in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations. This is a leadership role for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards environment and knows how to deliver exceptional food, profitability, and team culture at scale. If you have led kitchens that do serious volume and you love building teams, systems, and menus that win, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

· Full ownership of all kitchen operations, including BOH staffing, scheduling, training, and culture

· Manage food cost, labor cost, waste, and inventory to meet financial targets

· Maintain exceptional standards for food safety, sanitation, and health compliance

· Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks

· Collaborate with GM and ownership on P&L, budgeting, vendor relationships, and operational strategy

· Drive consistency during high-volume service while maintaining a calm, professional kitchen

Qualifications

· Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager in restaurants doing $5M+ in annual volume

· Minimum 5+ years of progressive kitchen leadership in full-service, high-volume concepts

· Demonstrated ability to manage a large BOH team (30+ staff) and run high-cover services

· Strong financial acumen: food costing, labor management, inventory, and ordering systems

· ServSafe Certified or equivalent food safety certification

· Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays - this is a hands-on leadership role on the line

· Culinary degree preferred but not required - proven experience is what matters
