Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator specializing in Home Care Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for community engagement and a strategic mindset to promote home care services effectively. In this role, you will develop and implement outreach initiatives, foster relationships within the community, and enhance brand visibility through targeted marketing efforts. Your proactive approach will help connect individuals in need with compassionate home care solutions, ensuring our organization remains a trusted resource in the community.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive community outreach strategies to increase awareness of home care services.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders.
Plan and deliver engaging public presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about available services.
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to promote community engagement and brand recognition.
Coordinate volunteer programs, fundraising activities, and community events to foster active participation and support.
Collect data on outreach efforts, analyze results, and adjust strategies to maximize impact and efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for growth within the community.
Maintain excellent client communication, ensuring that community needs are understood and addressed effectively.

Skills

Strong media relations skills with experience in public relations and social media management.
Excellent public speaking abilities for delivering presentations at community events or meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, data collection, and project documentation.
Proven experience in community outreach, engagement, and volunteer management.
Effective project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of marketing strategies including social media marketing, branding, and campaign development.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to foster relationships with diverse audiences.
Organizational skills necessary for planning events, managing budgets, and tracking outreach metrics.
Experience in fundraising, business development, or strategic planning is advantageous for expanding outreach efforts.
