Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Construction Payroll Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and timesheet management.

Duties

Verify weekly timesheets of staff and manage the payroll process using software like ADP Workforce and Points North
Provide support in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
Prepare certified payroll packages on a weekly basis
Perform Bookkeeping in Quick Book software.
Perform Purchase Order and Invoice preparation
Create payment packages and Construction Billing (AIA) for various contracts

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in ADP Workforce
Proficiency in Points North
Understanding of Construction Billing (AIA)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
