POSITION: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or PA-C

LOCATION: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS:

active Kentucky APRN or PAC license (licensed for adult care, not pediatriconly)
primary care experience
familiarity with medicationassisted addiction treatment
active DEA with xwaiver (or ability to acquire this immediately upon hire)

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M.
