Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to support and strengthen operations across our locations. This is a hands-on position that requires regular travel to restaurant and tea shop sites, working directly with location managers and employees, and actively participating in day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have food-service management experience, strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain consistent operational and product standards across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Travel regularly to company locations to oversee and support on-site operations
Work directly with location managers to improve performance, staffing, service, and operational efficiency
Help oversee daily restaurant and tea shop operations
Monitor product quality, preparation, presentation, consistency, and availability
Ensure compliance with company recipes, procedures, and brand standards
Identify operational problems and work with managers to implement practical solutions
Manage, coach, and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service
Interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees
Create and adjust staff schedules based on operational needs and labor goals
Ensure compliance with food-safety, workplace-safety, and sanitation requirements
Monitor inventory levels, product usage, waste, and ordering
Review cash-handling procedures and maintain accurate operational and financial records
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
Support new product launches, promotions, and company initiatives
Provide regular updates and recommendations to company leadership

Qualifications and Skills

Previous restaurant, food-service, or multi-location operations experience
Strong understanding of food handling, preparation, and safety practices
Ability and willingness to travel between company locations
Hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside managers and employees
Strong employee interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching skills
Ability to manage schedules, shifts, and labor needs effectively
Knowledge of restaurant operations and management best practices
Experience with inventory control, cash handling, and operational reporting
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to product quality, consistency, and presentation
Customer-focused and hospitality-driven mindset
Dependable, organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
