The Opportunity
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Diagnostic Radiologists.
- Current CA state license preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Flexible scheduling.
- Work remotely anywhere in the US.
- Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies (CT, X-ray, MRI, ultrasound, etc.).
- Partnership Track.
- PACS equipment, IT support, work station provided, access to scribe and AI software.
- Malpractice with tail provided.
- Production-based compensation with uncapped earning potential and shift differentials.
- Daytime: $40/wRVU
- Swing: $50/wRVU
- Overnight $65/wRVU

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
