Position: Air Export Clerk

Location:

Qualifications:

Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills
Mustknow how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Exceptional listening,verbaland written skills

Responsibilities:

Tooperateall jobs under the proper &timelyusage of company internal system, include data & sales/costs entry
Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions & excellency throughgood communication& coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners
Handle & co-ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis
Generate shipment Debit Note
Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents
Make shipment booking with airlines
Monitor & handle Air Export Custom declaration
Follow-up & update shipment information related to Air Import/AirExport& Brokerage
Monthly Close Lotfor Air Export
Any other assignments from the managementas needed
