Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Martins Collision – Salem, UT

Position Summary

Martins Collision is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, this role is essential to creating a positive experience while supporting daily front-office operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
Create and manage repair work files and customer documentation.
Contact insurance companies to obtain claim information and updates.
Communicate with customers regarding vehicle repair status and required information.
Schedule appointments and manage workflow using the company’s management software.
Maintain an organized and professional front desk and reception area.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Follow established procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience.
Basic accounting, cash-handling, or bookkeeping experience.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and complete tasks despite frequent interruptions.
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.

Work Schedule

Full-time position
Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
One-hour lunch break
Schedule is not flexible

Compensation

$15.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
