FOR THE GS-7 LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-5 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates:
- Using email, spreadsheets, and databases (e.g., Outlook, Excel and Access) to enter, analyze and report information.

- Categorizing, interpreting, and analyzing incoming correspondence, and writing responses based on available samples and templates.
- Responding orally and in writing to complaints or other sensitive correspondence.

- Recommending improvements in program effectiveness and presenting that information in a way that supports management decision-making.
