Summary
The Director of Digital Transformation is a newly created, senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing Wag'n Tails' technology strategy across the entire business. This role owns the optimization and continued innovation of our core business systems — NetSuite, the Salesforce platform (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud), and our website — across Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, Procurement, and Production.
Beyond optimizing what we have today, this leader will architect the next generation of Wag'n Tails' digital ecosystem, including connectivity between our manufacturing operations and the vans we build, as well as the embedded software and technology inside each van.
The Director will also champion artificial intelligence as a key differentiator for the business, beginning with the development of a Customer Service AI Agent and a Sales AI Agent. Finally, this role holds full ownership of IT Services — all hardware, software, and server infrastructure — ensuring the organization runs on a secure, reliable, and scalable technology foundation.
