Full Job Description

Our client is a well-established and growing company seeking an experienced Office Manager to become a key member of their team. This is a career-minded opportunity for a professional who excels at keeping office operations running efficiently, managing financial and administrative processes, and serving as a trusted resource for customers, employees, and leadership.

As the Office Manager, you will oversee a variety of administrative, accounting, customer service, and HR-related functions that are critical to daily business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls
Monitor and respond to company emails
Provide customers with sales order updates
Manage day-to-day front office operations
Perform accounting and bookkeeping functions
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
Support employee benefits administration
Maintain accurate records and reports
Provide administrative support to leadership as needed

Qualifications

5+ years of Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar experience
Strong accounting and bookkeeping background
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
QuickBooks experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Professional demeanor and stable work history
