Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fine Dining Room Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to guest service. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and cocktail/bar service in a fine dining environment while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering assistance with selections.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
Suggestive sell menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout all service processes.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Skills

Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy service periods.
Sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
Previous fine dining experience is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and safety regulations in the food industry.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately, including cash handling responsibilities.
