Position Summary
The Catering Coordinator is a key role responsible for developing, managing, and growing the catering and off-premise business across all Toasted Brands locations while also serving as a Shift Manager at restaurant locations that need operational support.This position will design and execute strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive catering sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Catering Coordinator acts as a liaison between operations, marketing, and local store leadership to support and expand the catering program across Nebraska.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive catering growth strategy aligned with company goals.
- Partner with store leadership to set sales targets and drive results at each location.
•Lead by example in building relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations. •Standardize catering procedures and ensure consistent execution across all locations.
- Work with managers and team members to train and develop catering specialists.
- Oversee catering logistics including delivery scheduling, packaging, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety, and presentation guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and implement local outreach campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Manage key accounts and business development opportunities.
- Track and analyze catering performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Coach and support store teams to strengthen catering sales and service skills. •Foster a positive, collaborative culture consistent with Toasted Brands’ values.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in multi-unit catering, sales, or restaurant operations (franchise or fast-casual experience preferred).
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
•Passion for hospitality, community engagement, and operational excellence. •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
