THE JOB

The Inside Sales Representative drives revenue by selling telecommunications products and services, with wireless (mobile) as the primary sales focus, supported by high-speed internet and video/entertainment solutions. This role combines consultative selling with strong closing skills to maximize customer value through bundled solutions, in a high-volume, quota-driven sales environment.

Sell wireless products and services, including new line activations, upgrades, and plan changes, as the primary focus of the role.

Promote and sell bundled solutions, including internet and entertainment services, to maximize customer value.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with performance measured on units, upgrades, and revenue achievement.

Handle inbound sales inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up outreach to convert leads into sales.

Identify customer needs through consultative selling and recommend the right mix of products and services.

Clearly and effectively present pricing, promotions, and product features to customers.

Upsell and cross-sell additional services, including accessories, protection plans, and multi-line accounts.

Overcome customer objections and close sales efficiently, using strong negotiation and closing techniques.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.

Stay current on product offerings, pricing updates, promotions, and competitive positioning to sell effectively and confidently.

Qualifications

Preferred:

1–3 years of sales experience, ideally selling bundled or telecommunications products/services.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a metrics-driven environment.

Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven, high-volume environment.

Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate CRM systems.

Resilience and adaptability when handling objections and a high volume of customer interactions.

Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commission. Incentives are directly tied to performance, including unit sales, upgrades, and revenue generation — total earnings scale with individual results.

Work Environment This is an inside sales role, based on-site, involving extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and a high volume of customer interactions (phone-based and/or in-person, depending on location).

Performance Expectations

Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Strong, sustained performance against wireless sales metrics specifically.

High lead-to-sale conversion rates.

High standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.

Must have HS Diploma or GED

Ability to work onsite at the Provalus office. No remote positions are available at this time.

Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.

Ability to work with others in a team environment

Ability to react effectively and calmly in stressful situations.
