About the Opportunity

This hybrid role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys connecting with local businesses, identifying marketing opportunities, and helping clients grow through innovative advertising solutions.This position offers a combination of in-office collaboration and field-based sales, providing the flexibility to build and manage your own book of business while working within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Summary

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, developing long-term client relationships, and managing existing accounts. This role requires proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and delivering customized advertising solutions that help businesses achieve their marketing objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
Conduct sales presentations and educate businesses on advertising solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend customized marketing strategies.
Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software and maintain accurate records.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Represent the company professionally within the community and at networking events.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred; business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is a plus.
Outdoor advertising or media sales experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to confidently make cold calls both over the phone and in person.
Excellent time management, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working toward sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.
Resilient, competitive, and motivated by achieving goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using CRM software is preferred.

Education & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Must pass pre employment screenings.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits

Hybrid Monday–Friday schedule with a combination of office and field sales.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
First-year earning potential of $45,000–$60,000+, based on experience and performance.
