ELKRIDGE, MD — MORNING BIG PACKAGE DELIVERY ROUTES
EARN $5.50 PER PACKAGE
JAY Logistics LLC is expanding its Big Package Last-Mile Delivery Network and is actively seeking Independent Contractors, Owner Operators, Fleet Owners, and Master Contractors for morning delivery routes operating out of Elkridge, Maryland.
This is an opportunity for experienced delivery professionals and businesses looking for consistent volume, competitive per-package compensation, weekly direct deposit, and long-term growth opportunities.
BIG PACKAGE DELIVERY
These routes involve residential last-mile delivery of larger and heavier packages, including packages weighing approximately 2–100 lbs, with an average package weight of approximately 50 lbs.
Experience with furniture delivery, appliance delivery, big-and-bulky delivery, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, medical courier, or other last-mile logistics is preferred but not required.
Contractors must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and safely delivering packages up to 100 lbs.
PAY
$5.50 PER PACKAGE
Your earnings are based on the number of packages successfully completed.
Example Daily Earnings:
- 30 packages = $165/day
- 50 packages = $275/day
- 75 packages = $412.50/day
- 100 packages = $550/day
- 125 packages = $687.50/day
- 150 packages = $825/day
Weekly earnings vary based on assigned package volume, number of days worked, and route availability.
Contractors who consistently demonstrate strong performance may have opportunities for additional routes and increased volume.

Routes require strong time management, route efficiency, safe lifting and handling, customer service, delivery accuracy, and safe driving practices.

Applicants must provide one of the following:
- Cargo Van
- Sprinter Van
- Pickup Truck
- 10’–16’ Box Truck
Cars, SUVs, Minivans, and passenger vehicles are NOT accepted.
Vehicle selection must be appropriate for the assigned package volume and dimensions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 21+ years of age
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Vehicle Insurance
- Smartphone with GPS and Data
- Ability to Lift Up to 100 lbs
- Reliable Transportation
- Professional Appearance and Communication
- Strong Attendance and Work Ethic
- Ability to Complete Assigned Routes
- Ability to Work Independently
Previous experience with big-and-bulky delivery, furniture, appliances, Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS, courier services, medical delivery, or other last-mile logistics is preferred but not required.
