Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Hilton General Manager, where you will lead the overall operations of a premier hospitality establishment. As the driving force behind daily hotel management, you will oversee all departments, ensure operational excellence, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and staff engagement. Your leadership will set the tone for service quality, financial performance, and team development, ensuring our hotel remains a top choice for travelers seeking comfort and excellence.

Responsibilities

Provide visionary leadership to all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and human resources, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery.
Oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Manage budgeting processes, financial reporting, and revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high service standards.
Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and development initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all areas of operation.
Handle guest relations proactively by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences that foster loyalty.
Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to manage reservations and inquiries efficiently.
Lead crisis management efforts when necessary, including handling night audits and emergency situations with confidence.
Promote a positive work environment that values diversity; leverage multilingual or bilingual skills to enhance communication with guests from various backgrounds.
Implement human resources best practices to support staff well-being and professional growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities.
Strong background in hospitality management, including front desk operations, guest services, and resort or hotel environments.
Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Leadership qualities that inspire teams; prior supervising experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse guests.
Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to hospitality settings; experience in hiring, training, and employee development is desirable.
Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems to ensure smooth overnight operations.
