Full Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition - Bilingual needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Wilmington, DE.

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

Bachelor's degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
5+ years of experience recruiting exempt professionals
Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
Proven experience in social sourcing, use of AI in recruitment and projecting the organizational talent brand
Hybrid schedule (1-2 days per week in the Wilmington, DE office, but flexible)
Paying $50 - $57.14 per hour; depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing strategy through candidate engagement, interview process, offer, and onboarding.
Build targeted sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, referrals, job boards, events, and industry communities.
Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders, translating business needs into focused search strategies and clear candidate profiles.
Identify and engage passive talent in the medical device market, creating compelling outreach that earns responses and builds long-term relationships.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
5+ years of experience recruiting exempt professionals
