Rockford Center is searching for a talented and patient centric PRN/Per diem Art Therapist! We are looking for creative clinical therapists who are willing to share their talents in order to explore the many avenues to healing.
Rockford Center is a 138-bed mental health facility located in Newark, DE, providing easy access to a full complement of inpatient and partial behavioral health programs for children and adolescents, adults, and older adults. Rockford is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County and northern Maryland.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Deliver quality recreational and expressive therapies according to patient treatment program.
- Develop and implement expressive therapy treatment plans that are age appropriate, and consistent with overall treatment goals.
- Facilitates patient groups that are well prepared and beneficial to clients.
- Maintain the clinical and administrative documentation associated with performed services

Job Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Creative Arts, Recreation, Music or Dance Movement Therapy required.
- Experience: Previous experience in Behavioral Health preferred, but not required.
- Additional Requirements: CPR certification and Completion of Handle With Care training within 90 days of employment.
