Full Job Description

Hiring for a full time front desk clerk at an extended stay hotel. Evening (4pm-midnight) availability needed. . You will be checking guests in/out, taking payments, assisting guests with their needs/concerns, and other duties such as doing laundry and cleaning public spaces/office during your shift. Weekend and holiday availability is needed since we operate 24/7/365. This position is full time (40 hrs) per week

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area, wash, dry and fold hotel linens.

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle cash transactions with integrity
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Note: Previous experience as a hotel front desk agent or experience with Choice Advantage PMS is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and being the face of the hotel.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
