Bliss Bridal is an elegant Southern bridal boutique specializing in creating the perfect moment for brides to say “Yes!" We provide a full-service boutique experience with a showroom of beautiful designer gowns under $4,000. Bliss Bridal is located in Downtown Hattiesburg, MS. We are customer-centric, collaborative and engaging.

Tasks for the position will include managing day to day operations, including but not limited to ensuring store policies and procedures are enforced and team morale is high; sales and customer service success; employee scheduling; after hours emergency response; social media contributions; standard day to day retail operations; computer skills; fashion shows, bridal expos and photo shoot coordination; market trips; store cleanliness and merchandising.

Most Saturdays are a requirement. This is a salaried position with pay determined by previous experience. The starting amount listed includes only base pay. Compensation package will also include commissions and gratuities, plus several performance bonus opportunities, designer spiffs, sales competitions, and travel credits, which all have the potential to add an additional $20,000/year or more.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in retail management with a focus on bridal, high-end products or luxury brands.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in bilingual or multilingual interactions being a plus.

Required qualifications

Experience in team management with a track record of successful employee development.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Background in marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
