About the Position

We’re looking for a skilled & experienced Chef / Cook with a strong background in Italian-American cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a busy, full-service kitchen preparing a diverse menu featuring pastas, steaks, seafood, and house-made specialties.

You’ll have the ability to take part in crafting specials, seasonal dishes, and menu enhancements while working closely with our other chefs/cooks & ownership to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all plates.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute a wide range of Italian-American dishes with consistency
Work with meats, seafood, and fresh ingredients in high volume
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and excellent food quality
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
Strong background in Italian-American cuisine and familiarity with a broad menu
Proven ability to manage time and multitask in a high-volume kitchen
Weekend availability required and willingness to work 32+ hours per week
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Resume required to verify experience

Compensation

$20-27 based on experience
