As a Full-Time Residential Manager at The Arc Chemung-Schuyler, you'll harness team-based concepts to effectively coordinate and supervise the provision of residential services. Your role will involve fostering collaboration among staff members to ensure exceptional care within our Intermediate Care Facility in Elmira. By implementing innovative strategies and embracing a problem-solving mindset, you will guide your team in delivering compassionate and customer-centric support to residents. WOULD YOU BE A GREAT RESIDENTIAL MANAGER?

To excel as a Full-Time Residential Manager at The Arc Chemung-Schuyler, several key skills and qualifications are essential. A minimum of a High School Diploma is required, alongside five years of experience in Human Services, ensuring you possess a deep understanding of the needs of our residents. Additionally, three years of supervisory experience will empower you to lead and inspire a dedicated team effectively. A valid and clean driver's license is necessary for this role, allowing for efficient coordination and transportation as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical, enabling you to foster collaboration and maintain a customer-centric approach.
