Experienced Home Care Field Marketer

Company: Home Family Care

Location: In-Person (Covering Manhattan,Bronx, Queens, Long Island) Preferably Bronx and Manhattan

Position Type: Full-Time/ Part-time

Compensation: ( Base + Commission)

About the Role

Home Family Care is seeking an energetic, driven, and experienced Home Care Field Marketer to expand our presence and build strong community relationships. In this role, you will be the face of our agency, driving growth and generating client referrals across Manhattan and the Bronx

If you are a self-starter with a proven track record in healthcare networking, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for community outreach, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Networking: Establish, develop, and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior centers, physicians, and community organizations.
Territory Management: Strategically cover and market our services across assigned territories, including Manhattan and the Bronx to increase brand awareness.
Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new referral sources and partnership opportunities to meet growth objectives.
Brand Representation: Present Home Family Care’s services professionally at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings.
Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between referral sources and our intake team to ensure a seamless transition of care for new clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Industry Experience: Proven experience in home care marketing, healthcare sales, or community outreach is required.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively connect with and support our diverse community partners and families.
Relationship-Driven: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a natural ability to build trust quickly.
Results-Oriented: A self-motivated professional who is organized, able to prioritize effectively, and driven to meet or exceed referral goals.
Local Market Knowledge: Strong existing relationships or deep familiarity with the healthcare and social services landscape in NYC and Long Island is highly preferred.
