About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to transform raw materials into high-tolerance components, directly impacting the quality and reliability of our finished products.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage CNC lathes and machining centers to ensure optimal production output.
Analyze complex engineering blueprints and technical schematics to guide precise machining operations.
Execute tool changes and calibrate offsets to maintain strict dimensional accuracy throughout the production run.
Validate component quality by utilizing advanced inspection tools including micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
Proactively troubleshoot machining performance to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine manufacturing workflows and resolve technical production challenges.
Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization through consistent application of 5S and lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

Required Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated professional experience operating CNC machinery.
Solid understanding of CNC operation and machine programming logic.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

Direct experience with Mazak Turning Centers.
