Full Job Description

For 35+ years we’ve been providing innovative ticketing software solutions to some pretty cool industries including amusement parks, museums, attractions, zoos, and aquariums. We work with globally recognized destinations as well as lesser-known but locally loved attractions on six continents. Now, we are looking to add an experienced, Solutions Engineer I to our Managed Services team.

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives on turning ideas into reality? Do you enjoy driving the sales process by delivering powerful product demonstrations and innovative solutions? If so, we want you to join our team as a Solutions Engineer.

We are seeking Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the sales cycle responding to RFI and RFPs, product demonstrations with prospects and customers. Transforming Gateway’s software applications into a completed product. You will also be providing comprehensive sales support in a variety of functions. A Solutions Engineer must possess the ability to take a concept from inception to conclusion - from strategy to implementation and to analyze business needs.

What You’ll Do:

Be the Bridge Between Concept & Execution – As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be involved in every aspect of transforming a software application into a completed product by providing comprehensive sales support. You’ll take a concept from inception to completion—from strategy to implementation—analyzing business needs and ensuring our solutions exceed expectations.
Lead Engaging Product Demos – Deliver high-impact presentations via phone, web, and onsite meetings to showcase how our solutions solve real business challenges.
Customize & Configure – Tailor the Galaxy solution to fit unique business needs, ensuring a seamless demo experience for large prospect opportunities.
Train & Empower – Educate internal teams and international resellers on the latest features and functionalities, equipping them with the tools to succeed.
Own the Spotlight – Spearhead webinars, develop engaging PowerPoint presentations, create compelling demo scripts, and take on the role of presenter.
Support Sales & Proposals – Assist in crafting winning proposals (RFPs, RFIs, ITTs), providing expert insights to secure key deals.
Stay Ahead of the Curve – Attend meetings and sprint reviews to remain up to date on the latest developments and innovations.
Showcase Our Solutions on a Global Stage – Travel (up to 20%, including weekends, holidays, domestic or international) for trade shows, user group meetings, and onsite reseller training to demonstrate the power of our platform.
