Lecangs LLC, a subsidiary of Loctek, specializes in providing comprehensive eCommerce warehousing and logistics services. With 21 warehouses worldwide, including 15 in the U.S., we offer an extensive storage capacity of approximately 7,000,000 square feet, serving over 2000 eCommerce businesses.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced 3PL Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee operations in a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing warehouse staff, and a deep understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and customer service in a 3PL setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management – Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Inventory Control – Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
Team Leadership & Staffing – Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety regulations.
Process Improvement & Cost Control – Identify areas for operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity through lean warehouse management practices.
Client & Vendor Relations – Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and resolving any warehouse-related issues promptly.
Safety & Compliance – Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing best practices.
Technology & Systems Management – Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize workflow, improve accuracy, and streamline operations.
KPI Monitoring & Reporting – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and warehouse efficiency, providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in a 3PL logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety protocols.
Ability to manage multiple clients and adapt to changing demands.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
