Full Job Description

Objectives of this Role

Plan, develop, coordinate, and supervise scheduling on all company projects.

Reports to: Director of Preconstruction

Job Responsibilities

· Manage and direct all planning and scheduling functions for company projects. Establish baseline schedules, complete monthly updates and educate project staff on scheduling best practices.

· Develop/implement project scheduling standards and procedures, monitor compliance,
and initiate corrective measures as necessary

· Insure all scheduling activities such as schedule development, updates progress reporting and problem analysis activities comply with company, contract, and client requirements.

· Provide consultation to company personnel, A/E’s, primes and subcontractors, clients,
etc. in planning and schedule analysis providing options for problem solving.

· Prepare/update and issue master schedules, cash flows, resource loaded schedules, bar charts, variance reports, etc. from staff input

· Interface/maintain liaison with project management, client, subcontractors, etc. on all
planning and scheduling related items and functions including reporting requirements,
progress status, new impacts, etc.

· Other responsibilities, as needed or requested

Essential Skills and Experience:

· 4-year college degree in related field

· 5-10 years of scheduling experience in the commercial construction building industry.

· Strong technology skills: Proficient in Primavera P6, Word, Outlook, Excel, Procore and various systems

· Strong organizational and planning skills; able to effectively allocate time and prioritize

· Professional, dependable and ethical. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

· Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
